Bregaglia Biennale

The video is composed of approximately 180 very short film and video fragments that were gathered from different archives and that show scenes containing animals, plants and humans that are being objectified and poked with sticks or other tools, impulses and quick motions or reactions. The found footage is then juxaposed with animated glowing numbers from medical machines. The flashing afterimages create a mood of anxiety.
